Announcements for the month of   December 2007 & January 2008

Today 12/09/2007 is the last day we are here at York:

1. Sunday, December 30, 2007 is being combined with our New Year eve program on Monday, December 31st. Hence please note that there will not be any sathsang this evening..

2. Monday, December 31st: New Eve program will begin at 9:00pm. Program will include some fun activities/games organized by our Youth group. We will ring off the current year with our gratitude to Bhagawan and welcome the New Year seeking Bhagawans blessings with a Laksha Archana. Please join with your family and friends. Detailed program is as follows:

a. Reception with light refreshments - 9:00pm to 9:45pm
b. Youth Program/games for everyone - 9:45pm to 10:15pm
c. Swamys video darshan/discourse - 10:15pm to 10:25pm
d. Lakshaarchan - 10:30pm to 11:15pm
e. Bhajan - 11:15pm to 11:55pm
f. Chanting of Gayatri - 11:55pm to 12:05am
g. Sarva dharma prayer/Aarati - 12:05am

This will be followed by closing remarks & announcement of our new president. Please join with your family and friends at this sathsang seeking Swamys blessings as we step into another year and welcoming our new president for the next two years.

3. Sunday, January 06, 2008: Our activities will start at 2:30pm as usual. This will be at Brookview M.S. located at 4505 Jane Street, North York, M3N 2K7, which is on Jane Street, North of Finch Ave and east of Jane. Activities on this day is as follows:

a. Childrens New Year Celebration
b. Members meeting
c. Revering elders
d. Installation of our new president
e. Our regular Sathsang.

4. Sunday, January 13th, 2008: We are back at York University with all our regular activities.
Also, we will be celebrating Makar Sankaranthi.

5. If you are not part of any team of our Sri Sathya Sai Temple project, please contact anyone of the following:
