as long as they do not extinguish the flame

Spiritual Diary
All SSE students
are required to keep a spiritual diary. The purpose
of such a diary is to allow for each individual
student to check and control his/her daily conduct.
Some of the areas focused on in the diary include:
- Daily meditation and prayer
- Obedience and respect towards all elders
- Cleanliness
- Avoidance of wastage
- Behavoiur and character checks
- Helping when it is needed
Points are earned by students daily depending
upon what they did or did not do during the day.
Then the parent gives a score out of five a day
depending upon the child's overall performance
that day. Finally at the end of the week the SSE teacher
of the student will give a mark out of sixty
based on various factors concerning the student
on that day. Ten additional marks will be given
based on a review of the students home performance
during that week by the teacher.
